I've been using AI tools for a while — lately, I've pushed myself to move past the obvious and start integrating them seriously. My focus is practical: where AI actually reduces cost, removes bottlenecks, or changes what's operationally possible. A genuine force multiplier for how work actually gets done.

Designed and deployed a custom GPT-based escalation tool for a frontline support function at T-Mobile. Converted an 8-person manual support process into a scalable self-service model. Built inside a large enterprise with real constraints — and shipped anyway.

End-to-end workflow automation for a private chef marketplace. Built on n8n, connecting intake forms, Airtable, and AI-generated recommendations into a fully automated backend — eliminating manual ops work and creating a repeatable, scalable process.

Most AI agents are specialists — great at one thing, done when it's finished. OpenClaw asks 'and then?' and keeps going. Still early for enterprise settings, but for personal optimization and controlled environments the implications are significant. I'm getting my hands dirty with it and paying close attention to where it goes.
